Harley-Davidson bought LiveWire.com for its electric motorcycle brand.
GoDaddy has published a selection of its top sales from February, led by Ava.com for $792,000. Some other interesting sales include Harley-Davidson buying a domain for its electric motorcycle line, a guy named Terry spending six figures on his first name, and a .co selling for $55,500.
Here’s the list.
Ava.com $792,000 – The company that bought Ava.com is currently in stealth mode. Its landing page says it’s “arriving on planet earth” in January 2022. It also says, “Thousands of hours of design and engineering lead to our upcoming product unveil. We could not be more excited to share it with you soon.” This could refer to both a physical or intangible product. We’ll have to wait until next year to find out.
LiveWire.com $632,500 – Harley-Davidson Motor Company bought this domain for its LiveWire electric motorcycle brand launched in 2019.
