LQ.com is a two letter domain used as a domain forwarder by La Quinta Inns and Resorts. La Quinta is part of the Wyndham conglomerate, as seen on their corporate web site:

Registered in 1996, LQ.com was offered for sale during the first few years of its registration; eventually, around 2002, it was acquired by the La Quinta brand, most likely on Afternic. There is no record of the LQ.com sale on NameBio.

We have only seen another LL .com once before, check MT.com out.
